Launched Amidst Challenging Circumstances, Fueled by Fervor

In December 2019, we proudly opened our second store, Bistro Levante, just before the lockdown, presenting us with significant challenges. Through unwavering hard work, determination, and sheer willpower, we navigated this tough period and emerged stronger, ready to embrace a fresh start as we returned to normalcy.

Sustainability and Diversity at the Forefront of Our Offerings

At our bistro, much like with Kumpir, we emphasize local and, whenever feasible, organic products. Our commitment to sustainability shines through as we honor nature, animals, and our beloved region. Our culinary creations beautifully blend Mediterranean and Levantine influences with cherished Luxembourgish classics like Kniddelen and Bouneschlupp.

Every dish is crafted with care, using only the freshest ingredients, and prepared from the ground up. Whether it’s a hearty broth or a signature dish, we ensure that everything is made slowly and thoughtfully, without shortcuts. While you may be ordering a quick meal, the process behind it is far from fast food — it's slow-cooked goodness that nurtures both body and soul.
